I was saddened to read about Mr. Arots' death. His first year at Sallies (Sept 1976) I was a freshman at Padua and in the Sallies Marching Band. He made music fun. I continued to be in his program until graduation and also at the U of D. Now my children play in their parochial school band and I am hoping they continue in high school. Thank you, Mr. Arots, for laying the music groundwork for me and through me to my children. Sally Casey Banas
